EFH Executive Pay

 I want to remind the members of IBEW Local 2337 during October 2009 contract negotiation, when the Company did not offer a wage increase to employees we represent because the money was not there. We accepted that, and to help the Company we ratified a contract extension with a $500.00 signing bonus for our members. Please note on the document below that January 2010 Mr. Young received a 20% pay increase on his base salary $1,000,000 to $1,200,000.
